Our short surveys deep dives into how well your organisation is aligned on specific challenges, i.e. how well do we agree on our common goals and values, and do we plan our daily to-dos according to what we wish to achieve? Every aspect is heartened by valuable statements from your employees.
The answers help us identify the top challenges throughout the organisation, and discover potential gaps in the perception from various groups and locations of what is strategically important right now. As a result the management team will end up with a clear action list of where to put their efforts to create outstanding performance across demographical and professional boundaries.
By involving your employees in all phases, we minimise the latent resistance against any change. Still we examine your existing communication channels and advise how to improve perception from top to bottom and vice versa. As an addition we might support these changes with a simple app, collecting existing and new data tailored to each employee to help them prioritise with clarity.
