PLANNING & PRIORITISATION

The Eisenhower Matrix, also referred to as the Time Management Matrix, helps you take control and DECIDE on and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance, sorting out less urgent and relevant tasks.

​

The general assumption is to focus on tasks that are urgent & important/ relevant, but modern thinkers have appointed that you have to put your effort into being proactive and prevent too many tasks from actually becoming urgent.
